In person Counselling would take place within a private office space in Newport, Usk Way. The sessions would run once a week, every week, for as long as you need.

Monday: 12 - 2PM
Tuesday: 12 - 2PM
Wednesday: 12 -2PM
Thursday: 12-2PM
Friday: 12-2PM

Sunday: 5PM to 7PM

Online or Telephone Counselling can take place from the comfort of your own home. If you wish to have a video call, we will be using Teams, or if you would prefer an audio only phone call that is also available.

Online/Telephone sessions also occur once a week, every week, for as long as you need.
