I am a professionally trained and qualified Counsellor offering individual counselling on a one-to-one basis and have experience working with:

I also have extensive knowledge of working with the Armed Forces and offer discounted fees for veterans and service personnel.
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the Hampshire Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (HACP) and practice within their ethical guidelines and adhere to their code of ethics. I am supervised regularly and undertake training in the form of courses and workshops with a view to maintaining continued professional development to support my clients.
What to Expect
Once you have booked your counselling session, it will last for 50 minutes and usual to be at the same time once a week. Clare can also offer flexibility to suit the client by offering weekend and evening appointments. Clare offers open-ended counselling but can also accommodate time-limited therapy or arrange a certain amount of sessions if the client prefers.You will not be told what to do but you will be supported while you make your decisions. Clare will listen to you talk and will not judge or criticize you. Payment will normally be taken in cash prior to the start of the session.
